| Damn, it's been a while. It's funny how much things have changed since last year. Tom is the President and I'm the Social Chair. Fucking Tom Stepp, lol. It's been good times so far and with May finally here, it's only gonna get crazier. Happy Birthday Matriarch!! Baja is coming...

| Berkeley was insane... In a nut shell, we went to frisco, played century club (me, may and sunny were the only one's to finish, lyuber puked at 97), partied with the kappa sigs and pi phis and ran around the campus drunk everynight. Once again, I am on an alcholic vacation... until labor day!!
Today me and Luke moved into our place on 34th st. I can honestly say after going to nor cal and coming back to newport, there is no place like southern california. I wouldn't trade it for anything. I hv my own room, we our 25 ft. from the beach and I just finished watching hot chicks cruise by with the sun setting on the ocean. I'm stoked about this year. It should be a good ride. I will probably need a new liver when everything is said and done. Time to go back to the porch and watch the Dodgers increase their lead in the NL west....I'm out
| We always joke about how time flies, but now, it is more true than ever. It feels like just yesterday, my 2 cousins and younger brother and I we're playing around and acting stupid like kids usually do. Now, we are all getting older, going in our seperate directions, however, still close. This past weekend me and my cousin Nate helped my brother move into Northridge. Mon., Nate leaves for school in NY. It is going to be weird. For about 4 years now, we have gotten really close. Ironically, we all went to the same high school and have pretty much been inseperable. Ppl. always joke about how crazy me and Nate are and how we always make it happen (the parties, random nights and etc.). I remember when I use to joke and say when will the good times end. Although him going to NY doesn't mean it's over, it'll definitely be different. I hv good things going for me and a lot of good things lined up for this year. It'll be interesting to see how things will be come winter vacation. I know we will still be close but I wonder how things will change. I wish my lil bro and my cousin luck this year and my older cousin Brandon luck after he graduates this year.
PS: While watching the Olympics all day everyday since there is nothing else better to do, one thing that I hv noticed is that almost every country except for America values the Olympics very highly. We value the Olympics but we take a lot of things for granted b/c we are usually the favorite. For example, our basketball team, we wouldn't be losing if the better players hadn't hv said no to playing. It is uplifting to see olympians that hv no chance to win a medal trying their best b/c they are running or swimming or whatever for their country. It doesn't matter how poor or how torn apart a country is, their athletes do what they do for their flags not for fame. We are a very talented and strong nation, but at these games, it appears as if we hv found our match in a lot of events b/c we go into them to cocky. Nations are finally figuring out how to beat us. At that I would like to end by saying that this US basketball team is not the flipping DREAM TEAM. They are young and inexperienced. The DREAM TEAM was the '88 and '92 teams. Now that I hv lectured, we are still running things... USA
